Travel - Short Weekend Trip to Bangkok, Thailand
Game Over Cafe by Mr Tew
Bangkok, Thailand - On one weekend, Sufi was feeling bored and asked if anyone wanted to join her for a short getaway to Bangkok, and I was like why not? We bought our air tickets immediately and within minutes, we were off to Bangkok! The power of impulse holidays! Most people were worried about the recent bomb attacks in Bangkok so as part of us taking some safety precautions, we have decided to avoid all major tourist attractions.
Bangkok's Street Food - Sufi loves indulging in Bangkok's street food as they all tasted really yummy but due to my previous food poisoning drama, this trip we avoided all street food and only ate at proper cafes and restaurants. The last food poisoning I had I landed up in hospital and was put on a drip so I did not dare take the risk of eating any street food during this trip.
GAME OVER LOUNGE
Thailand Bangkok
GAME OVER is by far one of the coolest and hippest place I have been in Thailand. Amazingly, Sufi has many Thai friends and we were lucky that they took us to this super fun place. We were totally entertained at this place as it contains many different rooms inside for customers to play computer games, like Dota, Counterstrike, Left 4 Dead, Warcraft etc. You name it, they have it!
GAME OVER also has all the board games that you can think of such as Monopoly, Risk, Life, Scrabble, etc. It was a place of fun and entertainment! This place also features the best Burger in Town - Nerd by Daniel Thaiger. Sufi and I had the honor to meet Daniel in person and took some photos with him.
BEER PONG at Game Over
We had lots of fun playing Beer Pong at Game Over!
GAME OVER by Mr TEW
This is Mr Tew, the owner of Game Over lounge in Thailand. He is young and charming. Sufi and I were lucky enough to bump into him while he was there. Daniel Thaiger even made a burger called "Mr Tew", which was named after the owner, it taste damn delicious! You guys should try it when you visit this place as it is really delicious and cooked to perfection.
THAILAND HOUSE PARTY
The mess we left and there were only 6 of us.
GAME OVER again
The next day, we went over to GAME OVER again as Mr Tew had prepared a 1.75KG steak for us! His chef took 5 hours to slow cook this for us. We had to reserve this the day before.
This is Mr Tew, cutting up the 1.75kg steak for us. Sufi was so excited to dig into it!
