For those of you who follow my blog closely, you would know that I have changed my car colour quite a few times last year. From Stock Black to Hot Pink and Silver, to Glittery Purple, to Chili Red and now finally to Hot Pink and Gloss Black with Black Rims too! I love beautifying my car as it has become my passion.

Last month, I was very excited to give my Mercedes Benz SLK Sports Convertible a brand new and complete makeover. I finally got to see my car in Hot Pink colour again! I was able to have the opportunity to see the entire process of the makeover. This was my second time hanging out in a car workshop.

It took me awhile to decided where to do my car then, as I had a terrible experience with my Glittery Purple make over. The workshop that did it for me, promised and showed me a bright purple and pink 2 tone colour, but in the end, the outcome was dull and poorly done. They even destroyed my rims and radio console and I even had to make a police report on them, as they took their own sweet time to do it and did not want to return me my car. 

Ever since that frightening experience, I realized that it is really important to go to a very good and high quality workshop. It is imperative to do proper research and ask around from fellow car enthusiasts which car workshop to go to and many people recommended me to try Dream Stylez!

DREAM STYLEZ PTE LTD - I was introduced to Dream Stylez by a friend who drives a Pink Chrome Lamborghini in Singapore. I learned that Dream Stylez does mostly luxury and exotic cars, hence I was really confident with their portfolio and work quality. Before I flew to Australia for a month of holiday to look for my sister Lora Christelle Lim and her newborn Baby Caspian, I left my car at Dream Stylez workshop located at 1 Commonwealth Lane, Singapore. 

They took just a few days to complete my wrap, and their service was so good that they even sent my car to another workshop to help me to spray my rims black too. They not only provided car wrapping service, they also designed a complete make over for my entire car which included my rims too! It is really the best and ultimate service that I have experienced so far, considering that I have changed my car colour so many times. Dream Stylez really exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and high quality workmanship.

This was the process of my car being wrapped up with its new colour. This photo was taken by the car workshop when I was in Australia, so that I had peace of mind even though I was away from Singapore. I was feeling so excited on receiving this photo update when I was still in Sydney, Australia. I could not wait to rush back to Singapore to look at my beautifully wrapped car in person!

This is how the front bumper and hood of my car look like after wrapping with pink matte! It looks amazing! Even my tyres also got redesigned to matched my pink car body!

I love spiders as the ease of removing the top roof of any car allows me to enjoy the sun, fresh air and the stars for a romantic night out! Spiders are definitely much more exciting, glamourous and interesting than a coupe as you get to have a better and clearer view of your surroundings especially when driving along beautiful coastal roads in Australia! I would definitely choose the Ferrari 488 Spider over the Ferrari 488 GTB anytime without any hesitation.

About the Ferrari 488 Spider - The Ferrari 488 Spider is Ferrari's latest creation in Maranello of open top V8 sports cars. With a retractable hard top cover, the 488 Spider is a car that is fully made with the latest and most innovative technology and ensures that the driver himself is able to enjoy the inimitable Ferrari engine soundtrack. The 3902cc turbo-charged V8, smooth progressive torque delivery in the higher gears by the Variable Torque Management system and maximum output of 670cv allows the car to sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.0 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 8.7 seconds. This car has also exceptional engaging handling and the retractable roof top only takes 14 seconds to open or close even when the car is in movement as long as the driver is driving below the speed of 45 km/h.The car's 3.9 litre twin-turbo V8 allows the car to thrust at high speeds with great agility and the car can reach a top speed of 325 km/h. 

Ferrari Club of Australia NSW Members Annual Christmas Party - With more than 150 members showing up for this event, it was definitely one of our most successful club events. Special thanks to the Committee members for organizing this spectacular event. All of us enjoyed a wonderful night of dinner and drinks. The canapes served before our 3 course dinner were also amazingly delicious. My favourite was the peking duck pancakes! I also love the Christmas decor and Christmas crackers displayed on each table. The Ferrari Menu was also beautifully designed! Lucky me I was one out of 10 lucky members who won the Lucky Draw prizes :) What a great start to a beautiful and happy Christmas Festive Season! May your Christmas be filled with loads of love, warm and happiness too :P

SYDNEY - Lamborghini Club of Australia NSW Members Club Drive from Sydney to Galston - On 27 Sept 2015 Sunday, John Edwards, the NSW co-ordinator of the club organized a drive starting from Autohaus Prestige where breakfast was provided with compliments from David Butler (Autosports Lamborghini Sydney) for all members. I was waiting at Calga for the convoy to arrive from Sydney which is the next meeting point as it was nearer to my home in Newcastle, NSW. 

Together we drove down towards Rosie's Cafe at Galston for a nice lunch. The weather was pretty cooling as it rained a little but the sun was also blazing on our cars at mid afternoon. The beautiful sunlight allowed us to take magnificent photos of all the stunning Lamborghini that reminded me of Skittles the candy. The highlight of this drive was that David Butler drove a brand new Silver Lamborghini Huracan from the Lamborghini Sydney showroom. Oh, the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder has been launched recently and I can't wait to see it in person once it arrives in Sydney! My love for convertible cars :)

Overall, it was a great turnout and I managed to catch up with my girlfriend Amelia Robson who drove the McLaren 650S Spider for the first time :) She's such a lucky girl! Looking forward for the next club drive where we will be heading down South of Sydney to Coolangatta Estate Winery. Enjoy the photos taken with my iPhone 6.
