WEDDINGS - 16 Feb 2016 - Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore - Pacific Ballroom - It was great to receive feedback from my 408 wedding guests that my wedding was extraordinary and very interesting! Yes, my wedding was "action-packed" with programs lined up for all my special guests throughout the night. There was never a dull moment. Besides the grand opening from Singapore's Number 1 Lion Dance troupe entertaining guests by walking around the entire large Pacific Ballroom, Live Band performances, Ballet Modern Dance performance, Best Dressed Competition where Thousands of Dollars worth of prizes were given out thanks to my generous sponsors, Chris and I wanted to do something special for all my wedding guests by performing our Wedding First Dance! Honestly, it was a big effort on my part to try and convince my shy husband to dance with me and I am glad he finally relented after months of "debating" and "negotiations"!
WEDDING FIRST DANCE - Chris and I signed up at Shawn and Gladys Dance Academy to learn our Wedding Dance. It costs around $520 in total for 5 lessons (45 mins each) and we only started learning 3 days before our actual wedding day. We were frantically learning and forcing ourselves to remember all the dance steps in "panic mode"! Glad that we did pretty well on our wedding day... what do you guys think? It's the first time we dance together and it was funny how my dance instructor insisted that Chris carry me for a special moment in the song by Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud. It's a really beautiful song and I only wished we could dance as well as what was featured in the original song MTV video.
