SYDNEY - This year for my birthday, I travelled to Sydney to visit my sister Lora Christelle Lim, her hubby Christopher and their newborn baby Caspian who is around 5-6 months old now. This year is very special as I get to celebrate my birthday with our little newest addition to our family - Caspian who is so chubby and cute now! I have so much love for my cute little nephew Caspian :)

SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE - Bennelong Restaurant - My sister Lora suggested dining at the award-winning restaurant Bennelong Restaurant helmed by Executive chef Peter Gilmore located right inside the iconic Sydney Opera House. It was a memorable dining experience as we indulged in excellent food, drinks and stunning views of Sydney Opera House itself as well as the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We ordered so much food and we almost couldn't finish but they were all so delicious! We were very impressed with how each dish was beautifully presented and the friendly customer service despite the restaurant being full all the time. This is a highly recommended place to dine if you intend to travel to Sydney, Australia for a holiday!

For birthday celebrations, the restaurant provides a complimentary cupcake!

BABY CASPIAN - Baby Caspian is definitely one of the cutest baby around as he has grown from a tiny baby at 2.45kg during birth to now weighing around 8kg at 5-6 months old. My sister Lora has done very well with her sleepless nights of taking care of him and breast-feeding him every 2-3 hours. I love how he giggles and chuckles whenever I play with him.

Nothing beats family love and warmth especially celebrating my birthday with my beloved sister Lora. I have always missed her ever since she moved to Sydney, Australia for her hubby. This entire Sydney Trip's main focus was spending quality family time with my sister and of course the adorable Baby Caspian who never fails to put a smile on all our faces!

It is always a wonderful experience flying on Singapore Airlines Business Class...

Sara Shantelle Lim's Birthday 2017 - OSIA Steak & Seafood Grill @ Resorts World Sentosa Singapore - Celebrity Chef Scott Webster Restaurant - This year my birthday was celebrated with my close girlfriends and good friends from the Mercedes-Benz SLK Car Club. We indulged in delicious fresh seafood and grill meat that was cooked to perfection at this 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Take a look at the photos of the sharing plates we ordered and I must say we had a wonderful dinner together where the food and service were both excellent. A wonderful evening spent overall.

Hard Rock Hotel Singapore - Hotel Suite - After dinner, all of us headed to my hotel suite at Hard Rock Hotel Singapore to hang out. We played Poker, Taboo and enjoyed a fantastic night of great company filled with joy and laughter. Not forgetting we also cut my beautiful Unicorn Birthday Cake by SGBIRTHDAYCAKES which brought the night to a sweet and memorable ending.

My unicorn birthday cake was filled with decadent chocolate fudge inside and everyone who tasted the cake marveled how delicious it tasted.
